Life is complex, messy, and sometimes overwhelming—but you don’t have to navigate it alone.
Therapy is a space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a way that helps you gain insight, process challenges, and create meaningful change. It’s about being seen, heard, and supported in rewriting the narratives that shape your life. Whether you are navigating trauma, identity struggles, grief, relationships, or personal growth, therapy provides a nonjudgmental space to explore, heal, and move toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.

I work with adults of all ages from diverse backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ individuals, marginalized communities, people with cognitive or developmental disabilities, and those recovering from trauma and addiction.
As a therapist, my objective is to help you untangle the stories you’ve been told about yourself and reclaim the power to write your own. Together, we will recognize patterns, challenge limiting beliefs, and find new ways to navigate life’s complexities, creating a space where you feel safe enough to explore your fears, identities, and struggles. While past experiences influence us, they do not define us. We have the power to choose our path, respond to challenges with resilience, and transform our lives in meaningful ways. Rather than being passive victims of circumstance, we are active agents capable of creating our own future.
My work reflects an integration of narrative therapy, feminist theory, and Jungian psychology. My journey is shaped by lived experience, deep empathy, and a commitment to supporting marginalized communities. I also, when appropriate, incorporate creative exploration (music, art, design) in the therapeutic space. Furthermore, I hold a queer, poly, and kink-affirming world-view that welcomes those exploring identity and relationships outside mainstream norms.
I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School and also have a professional background in high-end interior design. In my previous work as a therapist, I have developed psychoeducational therapy groups on topics ranging from architecture and immigration in Chicago to masculinity through mythology.
