Therapy is a supportive, collaborative, and safe space where we can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
It is a chance to untangle the messages that no longer serve you, reconnect with what truly matters, and better understand what’s getting in the way. Through this process, you can increase your sense of choice and agency, and develop tools to navigate life’s ups and downs with greater flexibility, effectiveness, and self-compassion.

I work with adults and adolescents (15+) from diverse backgrounds, including college students, professionals, and individuals navigating identity, trauma, or major life transitions.
I strive to make therapy a place where my clients can understand themselves more deeply, connect to what and who is important, and learn to make choices that serve them in living their life with a sense of purpose and flexibility. Flexibility allows for more play, joy, and ease in our day to day, even when life is challenging.
I practice evidence-based therapies that research has shown to be effective, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). At the heart of my work is the belief that a well-lived life doesn’t mean avoiding pain, but rather it means living in alignment with what truly matters to you. In therapy, I focus on helping you uncover what is getting in the way of living a meaningful life, and support you in taking steps toward rediscovering and reconnecting with your values. This work often involves facing painful emotions or approaching parts of life you have been avoiding. While that can be uncomfortable, it is also where growth happens. I prioritize creating a space where it feels safe to explore, try hard things, and challenge yourself, both in and outside of our sessions.
My style is warm, nonjudgmental, and direct. I’ll support you in exploring your inner world while also helping you take meaningful steps in your daily life. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from your values, I’m here to help you reconnect with what matters and create change that lasts. I also believe you are the expert of your own experience, and I’m committed to listening with care, honoring your perspective, and collaborating with you every step of the way.
I received my PhD in Clinical Psychology from Pacific University. My internship and postdoctoral fellowship were spent working with veterans and their families. Further, I have received advanced training and achieved provider status in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Unified Protocol (UP). I also have specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD and anxiety related disorders including body focused repetitive behaviors, panic disorder, social anxiety, and generalized anxiety disorder.
