I work across the lifespan with a particular interest in and queer LGBTQIA+ folks and their loved ones, women, and those questioning and/or transitioning their sexuality and/or gender. I also have found fulfillment in my work with clients who have been impacted by sexual violence. In addition, I have basic Spanish-language skills and can provide services accordingly.

After nearly 20 years in the arts, I determined that it was time to shift from one form of human expression to another—from creating art for people to feel and experience to creating space for people to feel and experience.

I am committed to providing a collaborative, warm, non-judgemental, and inclusive space for clients—making space to stretch, grow, and flourish. I use trauma-informed, humanistic, and strengths-based therapeutic approaches, including the integration of experiential interventions that go beyond traditional talk therapy.  I also strive to support clients in navigating the complexities of their experiences, rooting my therapeutic philosophy in a framework that is person-affirming, decolonial, anti-oppressive, intersectionally feminist and acknowledges the profound impact of systemic forces on our individual and collective well-being.

I am currently working towards my certification in Internal Family Systems and Somatic Experiencing. I am also a committed member of a Palestinian Liberation Therapists' Collective and a Decolonizing Therapy Collective in which we focus on collective liberation and the impact of systems on individuals, communities, and our profession.
