Therapy is a space to slow down and get curious about your relationship to yourself, to others, and to the world.
Whether you’re facing a specific challenge, feeling stuck or lost, or noticing new or difficult emotions coming up, therapy offers a supportive place to explore, make sense of your experiences, and find greater clarity and direction.
I believe that therapy can help to reduce shame, increase one's understanding of themselves, improve relationships, regulate mood/emotions, empower, and support people's wellbeing throughout life's challenges.

I work with adult clients, both individually and as couples. I am also LGBQTIA affirming.
As a therapist, I focus on creating a safe and trusting relationship that can lead to deeper exploration. I draw from relational, psychodynamic, narrative, mindfulness, trauma-informed, and cognitive behavioral perspectives, among others. I strive to be warm, welcoming, non-judgmental, and supportive with my clients. I firmly believe that finding a therapist who is a good match for you is of the utmost importance.
I received my Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Chicago and am currently a fellow for the Chicago Center for Psychoanalysis. I also am trained in Gottman Level 1 for couples’ therapy.
